Who we work with
US home care and home health agencies that hire caregivers, CNAs, HHAs or companions. Franchise locations and independent agencies both fit. The agencies that get the most out of it can call new applicants back the same day.
Why home care only
Recruiting caregivers is its own problem. The pay ranges, the shift patterns, the certifications and the reasons caregivers leave are specific to this industry. Median yearly caregiver turnover in home care is around 75% (Activated Insights, 2025 Home Care Benchmarking Report), so hiring never really stops. We built everything around that one job.
Try it before you commit
Start with a 14-day pilot. If we don't bring you at least 15 qualified applicants, you don't pay us anything. You only cover your own ad spend, paid directly to Meta. After that it's $997 or $1,497 a month, month to month.
Common questions
Is BrambleHire a staffing agency?
No. We don't employ caregivers or place them. We bring applicants to your agency, and you hire them directly.
Do you charge per hire?
No. There are no placement fees. After the free pilot you pay a flat monthly fee.
How fast do applicants start coming in?
Ads usually go live within 48 hours of the kickoff call, and most agencies see their first applicants within a few days.
